What are we famous for?

We've created brands and rebrands for growing businesses, shopping centres and professional service firms across the country.

We've helped launched ventures including; 1884 Dock Street Kitchen, Health Central and several nationally recognised festivals and programmes which have exceeded expectations and are still going strong today.

We've developed innovative social media campaigns (including case studies used by Facebook and Oxford University) as well as public health campaigns including an approach to tackling throat cancer which achieved 37% positive recall, won national awards and saved lives.

We've developed literally hundreds of websites over the past 10 years which with the right internet marketing significantly increased client sales and have even been up for national awards.

For years we've shaped and delivered successful events including running the largest ticketed festival and are now in our third year of running communications for the world's largest festival of business.

We've "gone viral" several times with big media coverage launching client campaigns including tongue-in-cheek music videos for anything from new websites and health messages, to marriage proposals and car parks!

Born in 2003 and formed over years, eskimosoup has grown to become a team of talented professionals driven by results and BIG ideas that push the boundaries for our clients. Now with offices in Leeds and Hull we create incredible projects, strategies, events and marketing tools for organisations across the UK whilst making sure to add some good old-fashioned Yorkshire warmth to our work.

The Discovery phase is all about making sure we understand your business before putting a new campaign into motion. During this "first look", we analyse your business and develop its distinctive presence.

We recommend that we spend time within the business, speaking to the marketing lead so we get an overall picture of the business, the market and your competitors.

 

Build

Putting it All Together

The Campaign Build phase is where we combine the technologies and techniques needed to deliver the best results for your campaign. Your campaign is built according to your needs and budget. During this phase we also define timing (when the campaign begins and ends) and outline all of the action steps so you are aware of how everything will play out.

 

Measure

Checking Results against Objectives

You cannot manage what you cannot measure. We use the latest web analytics tools to monitor your campaign and track where your best leads are coming from, which pages of your website are the most popular and other important customer data. These reports will be shared with you so that you understand how your campaign is performing and what can be done for even better results.

Here we gather information, set objectives and determine how best to implement the strategy given your budget and all other key considerations. At this stage we also define your target market; that is who your customers are and how to communicate to them in a way that influences them to buy your services.

The Dry Run

In the Implement phase your new marketing solution is deployed for the first time and your campaign goes "live". One of the most important steps in any marketing campaign is TESTING. This allows us to see what works best and to fine-tune the strategy before rolling out a campaign in full.
