A vibrant and positive campaign to promote healthy eating, physical activity, reduced alcohol consumption, smoking cessation and weight management services to people aged 40 and over in the Leeds area. The focus was on fitness and healthy living, providing help and advice whilst celebrating a more enjoyable lifestyle.
